DO LOR and undergrad school that uses a committee?

So I apparently am sending 5 LOR to my undergrad committee and they send one committee letter to the schools I apply to. However, I know DO schools need a DO LOR. How does this work in the application process? Do I send my committee letter and send a DO LOR separately?

Any help would be appreciated!
