DO matching into integrated/combined/fellowship PRS?

This isn't necessarily a 'what are the chances' type of thread as much as it is an inquiry as to whether or not anyone has heard of a DO matching into an integrated program. Has anyone ever heard of this or have any friends who are DO's who attempted to match or matched at an integrated program? What about combined?

And does anyone have any anecdotal evidence of a DO matching into a fellowship PRS program after general surgery residency?
