Hii, I have a 3.3 gpa and 3.0 science gpa and a BUNCH of Ec's and great rec letters, and i applied to DO schools in june. what mcat score is a absolute must for me to be guaranteed into any DO school? If you could help me out guys i'd appreciate it. Thanks!

no score will guarantee that you get in.... and your GPA is a lower than the avg so you might need to do better than the avg MCAT. Mods please move to correct thread.

I think if you got a 45 that would probably guarantee you admission to the DO school of your choice. They would probably still make you write a couple of essays and attend an interview (as a formality of course).

If you don't see a 45 in your future, I think if I had your GPA I'd shoot for something AT LEAST > 30

there are no guarantees, but an upper 20's will make you competitive at alot of places. I would try not get anything less than 25-26, because then it will be alot harder for you.

26-29 should get you some interviews, so just prepare for those and you should have a good shot.

30 or up and youll prob have twice as many interviews.
