Medical Do MD schools screen for unequal MCAT Score Distribution?

I got a good MCAT score, but the distribution is unequal. Would this unequal distribution significantly hold me back from most MD schools where my score is the average? Additionally, do you all know of any schools that screens based on distribution if everything is over 125?
