Do med schools report GPAs from students accepted based on the GPA during time of application, or matriculation

My GPA decreased about .2 due to a bout of seniorities. So I kind of feel bad if I lowered what they can report as their GPA

They don’t care enough to calculate the entire class’ matriculation GPA

Great. My application GPA is .10 above the class average, and my matriculation is .05 below. So I'm glad I helped bring my school's average up
