DO/MPH anyone?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I am a DO/MPH student at NSUCOM. You apply for the MPH program late in your first semester of medical school. If you are accepted, pretty much all the DO students that apply are, then you get a scholarship that covers MPH tuition and fees. They line up the coursework so that you can complete it within your four years in medical school. The professors are great and work around our schedule as much as they can so its really not that bad. PM me if you have any questions. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I'm hoping to go to NSU and I was looking at their DO/MPH and DO/MBA programs. What is the benefit of doing a DO/MPH? What can you do with those combined degrees?
