Do MSTP interviews go out at the same time as MD ones do?

You should start to worry regardless. That's kinda what this place is all about.
But to answer your question, it will vary between schools, so look up the schools you applied to. I know I've seen a few that stated on their website start dates for MD/PhD invites which was later than MD invites
