hi, what do you mean? That getting a good peds residenncy is hard, but after that you could get into a neonate. fellowship easier?

Forgive me....let me clarify.

If you are going for neonatal med then it would help to get a spot at a more academic program so research oppurtunities and the ability to make connections become more attainable.

OldBearProfessor in the peds forum knows a lot about this kind of thing. Ask him/her.
