In case you guys were not around here last year, it is not advisable to give specific test questions about your USMLE because the NBME monitors this site. It is okay to discuss topics and even specific subjects, but not specific questions. Like it would not be wrong to say, "Man, did you even see the fracture in that X-ray of the lower leg?". That is not too specific. But to give the question and answer choices will get you in trouble. A few people last year on this site were rumored to have been investigated by NBME and I suggest you stray away from that.
