Have all invitations gone out already or is it still pretty early?

I think it is still early. From what I understand, most programs are accepting applications up until October 15th, and that we should have a definitive response about an interview before thanksgiving. With that said, every program is able to handle the applications in any way that they like.

I too am hoping that there are interview invitations yet to come. good luck.

Most interviews for 2012 are sent out by now so if your left in the cold you might look into your backup plan
