Do programs ask to see evals from post-MSPE rotations?

Now that the MSPEs are out, I'm on chill mode and not looking to kiss any more ass on rotations. Question is, do programs ask for "updates" during Dec-Jan-Feb? Don't want to top off my apps with mediocre 4th year evals. If anyone knows about this, please respond.
