Do programs do interviews in Feb

One of the applicants that I met at an interview said she had an interview in Feb. I had 3 or 4 in Jan and thought that was late. How many of you have done interviews in Feb?

Essentially you can interview up till feb. 20th rank list due date. I had a program invite and they offered a bunch of feb interview days. I turned it down but I'm sure someone will go.
