Do programs send out invites based on stat alone at this point or do they look at your letters?

A lot of the programs that invited me only had 1-2 letters uploaded (still waiting for a couple attendings)

I'm just wondering, that's all.

yes, they do. I applied widely because I wanted to get out of the northeast and many programs do invite before all is submitted. Good luck.
