Building a computer soon for the start of residency. Do any of y'all know if residents typically get any discounts on microsoft software? I'll still have a .edu email so I'm thinking I can still be a "student" but not sure if it was normal for residencies to get discounts. Thanks

Google Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP) and see if your institution qualifies. That's for MS Office Professional Plus ($15).

Yeah if you're associated with a big academic center I think chances are good you'll get access. I was able to get Office 365 through out library website.
