Do schools accept additional letters of recommendation? A doctor I have worked with since after I submitted my application has offered to write me a letter but I’m not sure if schools accept it or the best way to send it to them (email, portal, amcas?). I don’t have any II or R so I’m hoping to get any help I can get. Thanks for any advice!
This is school specific.

But as someone who has to read these things, have mercy on us. LORs from doctors are always fluff and unhelpful.

One more LOR isn't goin to move the needle either.

From what I recall, most Med schools provide info about their LOR limit in their webpage or through the application services. Follow that and send only if you have room. Also agree that the letter may not be that beneficial unless they provide profound info or updates to your application.
