Do school Download LORS?

I'm waiting for my last piece of my application to reach schools (dentist LOR). If it's already submitted to AADSAS (paperform) do schools download the LOR before it's actually mailed? Will they review my app before they get it if they don't need a dental LOR (midwestern)? I'm worried some schools will review my file without that particular LOR before it reaches them since I called AADSAS today and they said it won't be out until the mailing AFTER 7/30.

I definitely don't know for sure but I've always been under the impression that they can access your file electronically before its mailed and especially after your app has been mailed. Whether your LOR will be visible electronically, that I would ask the school.
