Use this as a benchmark, but also be wary of regional preferences.

YMMV, but as an OOS applicant (NE) with a slightly above average DO app, I received invites/acceptances from schools like DMU-COM, TUNCOM, KCU-COM, WesternU COMP (Lebanon), RVUCOM, etc. If I remember correctly, there are a handful of schools with notable in-state bias such as MSUCOM, OU-HCOM, or OSU-COM. Otherwise, I think most DO schools are private and OOS friendly.
