Do schools automatically update applications?

I sent my applications in the night I got my MCAT score (Wednesday) but my score wasn't verified in AACOMAS until Friday. Do schools automatically update someones application when there is missing pieces? Or do I have to tell them that my MCAT score is now available?
 
It would be in your best interest to send a friendly reminder email stating that you have updated you AACOMAS app. Best of luck!
