I already missed 2 years for church service after my first year of school. I've been going to school straight since then (Fall-Spring-Summer-Fall-Spring-Summer) however between the summer and fall terms this year I had surgery. It appears that there have been some complications and I will not be able to start school on time. I'm not sure when I'll be better so I'm thinking of taking the semester off, or only taking one class and using my handicapped parking permit to park right next to the building. Do you think schools would look down on me for taking extra long to graduate from taking this semester off?

Thanks

i think as long as you give a good reason as to why you left (like what you just said above about doing things for your church and your surgery complications) it shouldn't be a problem. if you say you took time off school to bum around and play video games....well...there might be a problem in that...
