Do school's communicate during secondaries?

When writing secondaries, especially from schools with multiple campuses, will schools notice similar (or exact same) secondaries?

Aka. Should I copy and paste my paragraph from PCOM-G to PCOM, or AZCOM to CCOM? Or are they going to cross reference and say "hey what do you mean AZCOM's your first choice??? You told us we were your first choice??!"

I'm pretty sure the MWU schools (CCOM and AZCOM) do not.
