Do Schools know where one has been waitlisted???

Can anyone confirm or deny for sure whether or not AMCAS releases info on where applicants are waitlisted to the med schools.
 
No, they don't know where you've been waitlisted. Some schools may talk amongst themselves as to who's on their waitlist, but AAMC does not send out a "who's waitlisted where" list to schools.
