Do schools pay for revisit weekends?

I found a thread on the MD/PhD forums indicating that schools pay for potential MD/PhD students, but do any schools pay transportation costs for MD only applicants that want to revisit in the spring? I feel a little weird asking the schools directly if it's not common policy at all.

It's not common. If the school offers that's great but if they don't, then don't ask.

Generally they don't. Some pay for hotel costs and most meals, though. If it's mentioned in the email/letter they send you, go by that. If they don't mention it, they probably don't help pay for it.
