Do schools see your list of places applied?

I read a previous topic from 2004 that said med schools don't receive your school list, but I'd like to double-check--Do schools get to see what schools you've applied to? I'm just wondering because they like to ask stuff like whether they are your first choice, etc.

I looked here:

but it's very very unclear what is actually sent.

Schools that accept you can see the other schools that have accepted you after March 15th

they should not be able to see where you applied.....and they should not be asking you about it...

I am not sure about whether or not they can see on 3/15 but I remember hearing something about 3/15 so it could be true.

NO.

But after some date in late winter / early spring, and maybe it is March 15, schools that accept you learn where else you have been accepted. I am not convinced that it is as early as March 15, but I do know that eventually this info is shared for waitlist purposes.

how about schools that place you on the waitlist. Will they see what other schools you have been accepted to?

The safest assumption is that after some date in March and no later than May 15 all schools that have accepted or waitlisted you will know about each other.
