Do schools send you an e-mail when you are complete / interview invited?

No school notified me that I was complete at the school except one so far.. and I kinda assumed most school expect students to check out the status page every week (or a few days)

But what about interview invites? Do they notify you by email, or do you have to check your status every few days?? Some schools send interview invited several months after you are complete..

Funny, I got the Drexel interview invite about an hour after my status page changed.

For UIC though, they said that they don't send an email. You basically have to check your status page and then call to set up the interview (it shows the available dates), or wait for an interview invite letter which they said they eventually mail out....

Drexel has a very bizarre interview invite system. Definitely check your status page frequently.

i just checked their website and it's strange.. there is a link to "Check your decision" which i assume is your status?
