Say your committee letter didn't get in until mid-August. Are you out of luck getting an interview anywhere if you aren't stat-wise a super saiyan?

Being complete in mid-August might not be early, but I wouldn't say that it nixes your chances.

Thank you guys for your help! I was a little down that I'd have zero shot because my app wasn't complete until mid-August, now I know it is normalish.
