I know which place I will be ranking #1 on my list. I wanted to know if a second look would help me match there since it shows a high level of interest in the program. I dont think my opinion will change regardless of the second look. Any thoughts?

Noone can really tell you for sure. It's not a necessity for matching, but if it's your dream program and you'll always wonder "what if" if you don't match there and didn't do a second look-- then go for it-- and make the most of it.
