Thinking about doing an SMP in nutrition or anatomy before dental school...but dont want it to negatively affect my chances of getting into Dental school since the AADSAS asks if you have applied to any health profession school before...

No, they mean programs like DO, MD, PT, OT stuff like that. Not what you are looking into.
