Do some schools require 3 LOR from science prof?

if so which? 3 is blasphemous. Isn't 2 from science prof enough
 
Jefferson recommends 1 humanities, 1 biology, 1 physics, and 1 chemistry letter. They granted me an interview anyway with just 3 letters (hum, chem, bio).
