Anyone know where to find specialities specific to DOs? I'd especially like to know ones about the brain, because that is my favorite part to study, so does anyone have any info about residencies that only DOs can apply to?

All AOA residencies are open only to DO students. Look up the prospects at DO online in the opportunities section. You will find the full spectrum of specialities.
