DO supplemental application???

Hi guys,

I've just received the supplemental app for AZCOM and the first question is to fill out if I have any relatives that are osteopathic doctors (i.e. name, school, graduation date boxes etc). I don't have any osteopathic doctor relatives (most are allopathic). Do I just leave the boxes blank? Is that okay?

Wouldn't it render the application as "Incomplete" if I leave that part blank?

If you are worried, you could just put "N/A." Usually an application system won't let continue if it was incomplete.

Jeeze, I know that this is an anxiety provoking process, but if the answer to something is "no", you say no.

Obviously you leave them blank.

It may be straight forward but I'd rather be safe than sorry. The application DID state that they had the right to deny matriculation or continued enrollment if there was incomplete information. Leaving something blank seems like incomplete information imo lol
