I don't know about Blueprint specifically, but I do know from AAMC and Altius that when they expire, they expire. No access after that date, unless they offer you an opportunity to renew, like UWorld does. They make their money by selling access. You don't "own" it just because you've viewed it, or taken it. Do not count on having access to anything once your subscription expires.
