Do the NBME tests provide an answer key?

I haven't taken an NBME test yet and was wondering if they give you explanations to the answers you got wrong or at least provide an answer key? If not, is it better to just do UW and Kaplan if you only have 3 weeks left to study and haven't been over all of the material yet? Thanks!

I dont know if it is better or not to just do Kaplan and Uworld but I figure it is best to get an idea of what the test is like. I am doing questions each night from question banks and I took one NBME for a base line, I am taking another one midway through and the free 150 one week before
