Do the schools see GPA breakdown for every year separately?

For example, freshman, sophomore, etc etc? Or do they just get the sGPA and the all other and then total GPA?

Yes, you enter every class that's on your transcripts. That info gets verified by AMCAS, this is part of the reason why primary app verification can take so long.

This is true for HS through senior year of college, but all postbac and also all grad, regardless of years they took, are on one line each.
