I think the servers are down right now, but there is a link for this. Go to AADSAS.ADEA.org and sign into your application. Go to general instructions and scroll down until you find the link to "supplemental application materials" This lists anything that you need to do past the AADSAS stuff and when you are to do it. However, it is best to check online in each school to make sure.

I do know that:

Tufts, Boston University, and NYU just will want money and a 2x2 photo. Check their website for contact info.

Send these materials to the dental school at the same time you send AADSAS materials:
? Application fee: $60.00 U.S. Permanent Residents; $90.00 International Applicants
? Official DAT scores from ADA
? Wallet-size photograph
