If so can someone brake it down to me like I'm a 4 year old cause I'm totally clueless. DDx between migrane, tension, etc. and how different ones are treated MOA, and propholaxed (I suck in spelling). Thanks in advance.

Here some stuff from memory:

migraine u get photphobia, and systemic symptoms, so its more of a disease than a headache. Tension headaches arent as bad.

For acute attacks u wanna use sumatriptan, or ergot derivatives (not sure about this) but both are contraindicated in heart disease patients cuz of the serotonin agonism also exists on blood vessels in the heart.

For prophalalyx u wanna give a beta blocker, propanol

later

I didnt have a headache question, but it wouldnt have surprised me to see one. It shouldnt take too long to learn the different varieties. Migraines are obviously the big players here and everything omar says is right on.
