Do they ask you to empty your pockets when you take the MCAT?

I'm a Christian and I'd just like to bring with me a few small pictures I always have in my pocket when I write exams. Is that going to be a problem?

Yeah you have to remove front, back, side, shirt, pant legs, etc. every time you enter and exit.

Yes. They check your pockets, both front and back and ask you to empty them out. Also, everytime you take a break (10 minute break or the 30 minute lunch break), and leave the computer to use the bathroom or go to your locker, when you return, they check you again and will ask you to empty your pockets.
