There's no way the ADA is going to release old versions of the DAT. Even if someone HAS managed to find a way to get them, I don't think they'd be dumb enough to post it on SDN.
What the OP is referring to is to how many professional tests like the Bar or the GRE give out the old copies of the tests to be used as study aids. Sadly the ADA doesn't give out copies of the DAT, though I don't see why they don't, since they remake the test every year.

I dunno why not. AAMC sells old versions of the MCAT, dunno why the ADA wouldn't do the same.

Cuz unlike the AAMC the ADA is full of Spartans who have no sympathy for the weak.
so how accurate are that DAT practice tests compared to the real thing? if you take a practice test and get a 23 can u expect to get the same or similar score on the real thing? or should you try to score even higher on the practice knowing that you will score 2-3 points lower on the real thing?

Maybe you know how difference is DAT and MCAT format. That is why ADA doesn't release old versions but one.

You can expect anything from an 19 to a 25...
And the lack of previous DAT tests makes it equally hard on everyone. So it doesn't really matter.

??
where can i get them? what is the best and cheapest way to get a hold of them? i know that the ones in the kaplan book are not completely representative of the real test
The ADA website has a sample DAT like 77 pages. I really like the format since is similar to the ACS chemistry finals (I read that here on SDN) 🙂
