DO Traffic Rules

Hi Everyone!

I understand that MD programs under AMCAS have their own set of traffic rules, however do DO programs have their own similar dates? Specifically I’m curious until when one can hold multiple DO acceptances. The language on their webpage (AACOMAS Traffic Guidelines) seems to indicate May 15th but it remains rather unclear. Can multiple DO acceptances be held after the 15th and if so until when?

I had one acceptance for months and received another recently off waitlist and am unsure on how to handle the situation. I was thinking about paying the second deposit and taking time to come to a decision, however I fear that one or both programs may dislike myself holding the multiple acceptances.

Hi everyone, Just had a quick question regarding the May 15 deadline. Do students have to withdraw their other A’s prior to May 15? Or will the other schools email them to do it/pay their deposit within a certain time frame before their acceptances are rescinded? Thanks!
