anybody knows that did boston accepted students less than score of 85 or toefl less than 100

i dnt knw abt BU, but i knw someone who got accepted to NYU with 84. i guess onlt the score was 84, rest all was great in his application.he had clinical training from UK as well, so the whole package was really good.
