As everyone else has said, yes, they do count in your undergraduate GPA for med school applications. I was in exactly the same situation and had to report all my community college classes (which I took after the summer of 10th and 11th grades ten years ago). It was bad for me too, as I wasn't a serious student at that time and didn't care about grades much. I had 'D' and 'C' grades, and my CC average was a 2.7 GPA. 🙁 It does bring down your calculated GPA.
The positive (small positive) is that at least if you did better in your university years, at least you have a positive trend to show.
There's nothing else you can do except hopefully have enough 'A' grades in later years to buffer the damage. If you have taken a lot of classes like I did (I had close to 40 CC credits), it can take a LOOONG time to mend the situation by having to take numerous university science classes. On the other hand, if it was just a couple CC classes, then it shouldn't take your undergraduate GPA down too much. Plus, your 'A's will definitely help. Now just do well in your undergraduate coursework, and you'll be just fine.
