i am just finishing u world 2014 offline version this week , i had lots of plans about doing Rx and Kaplan qbanks and even Goljan in my preparation but,as you all know 🤔 we don`t always get what we wanted , now my exam in early Feb and my progress through study material is kaplan notes multiple times in pharmacology ,biochemistry ,micobiology ,physiology . i have done pathology pathoma videos and book and leaving behavioral and anatomy behind tell now , i feel depressed , i haven`t taken NBMEs yet but planning to take 15 in the end of this month ( after offline uworld and going through FA 2 times in a row ) then i will have one month prior to the exam , what shall i do ?! i am an IMG and i really need a high score to get a slight chance to residency matching , is doing uWorld second time a waste of time ,or it worths it ? i haven`t used neither goljan audio nor book , only pathoma and first aid and uWORLD , am i really in trouble ?!

Take a few NBMEs this month and see where you stand. Adjust as needed and go from there.

ok thx guys , i will take NBME 15 but i don`t think i am ready for it !! i will go through anatomy and behavioral and finish them . should i have one quick look over FA and Pathoma before taking NBME or just push through it with my current basic knowledge ?

UWorld x2 is overrated. I don't recommend it to any of my students. Just go back through your incorrects if you wish.

I'd say try to do it with your current knowledge, so you can correctly identify your shortfalls and then plan your studying accordingly.

I would rather get another qbank and do more new questions. Hopefully the second time around you'd be acing the questions because, well... you've already done them and reviewed them multiple times at that point. I think the biggest mistake you can make with UWorld is not spending enough the time reading and reviewing the responses until you're comfortable moving on with your annotation to remind you of the key points of a particular question.

I guess Kaplan and RX can be done earlier so that uworld is done closer to dedicated period.

How long does it take to do each of these Qbanks and make a QUALITY run through of uworld? I would want to make sure I have enough time for uworld.

Do it over a 6-week period from 8 to 2 weeks out. Then use the final two weeks to do alternating NBMEs and FA.

rx seems overrated to me because it's essentially word for word out of FA. I kinda knew that going in but didn't think it would be so direct. I never find anything worth annotating and I've pretty much abandoned rx.
