1. Don't count on transferring from DO to MD. For all intents and purposes, it's impossible.
2. DOs can match MD Ortho. It's rare, but it happens. LECOM -B had one in their 08 (first) class.
3. DO Ortho residencies are supposedly great, and hardworking DOs fill them every year.
