Do we get a periodic table during MCAT? or is it expected that we memorize some of the common ions? Thanks in advance!
Depends if they ask me questions like what's the electron configuration of Palladium or don't give me the molar mass for calculations. But I probably would've made some sort of silly mnemonic and scribbled it down real fast during the tutorial.Yea, if you're not really familiar then the abbreviations can get confusing. I was a chem wiz and in the beginning when some passages talked about obscure elements I got uncomfortable because I wasn't super familiar with their letters.
On a lighter note, I don't think I would have taken this test if they did require you to memorize the periodic table. Would anyone else still take it if there was no periodic table?

It's not on scratch paper. There is a button on every page of the PS and BS that says "exhibit". If you click it, a periodic table will appear which will cover the entire screen. So do we receive a physical sheet of paper which displays the periodic table or is it displayed on the screen?
I realize this is an elementary question but please bear with me as I am studying for the MCAT without the benefit of a prep company lol.
