Do we have to actively release step 2 CS results to residencies?

Hi,
I am taking my Step 2 CS soon, and I am wondering: is it like CK where we have to actively release our results to the residency programs we applied to? Or is the release automatic?
On ERAS, I said I did NOT want automatic release for CK, but I am not sure if that applies to CS.

I'm pretty sure you will need to take action to release the score. I don't think there was a way to select the non-release of ONLY Step 2 CK. Either you released all scores, including those not reported, or you withheld release of pending scores.

If you're not sure, maybe contact your home program once you have received your Step2 CS. If they have received it, then you should be fine. If not, you probably need to release it.
