do we have to send original ECFMG scores to NEMP?

I am an IMG..do we have to send the original USMLE score reports to the NEMP?I know the CAS instruction says it can be photocopy but they prefer original..what do u think is better.It seems like a hassle to get the originals back later.

I agree... I thought it would be a major hassle to get the originals back, and wasn't sure whether I'd need the originals on-hand at some point during the whole application process for the prelim year... I sent sharp copies... hopefully that's good enough! Though I'm not sure what the word is on the street as far as what the best thing to do is...

I wondered the same thing--seems that since they prefer the original, I'm just going to send it (making a nice photocopy for my records)....it's just silly though, I wish the CAS was as convenient to use as ERAS...it's pretty archaic.
