Do you guys repeat things in professional experience?

I mean, for example, say you worked as a research assistant while you got paid, would you put it in BOTH work experience AND research experience? And for those who worked as dental assistant, did you guys put that in both your work and dentistry experience? 😕

Since I don't really have that many to fill in, I'm just worried if the adcoms would think I'm trying to embellish my app or something if I repeat things too much? What do you think? 🙁

don't repeat. put it under research. there's a part under research experience where you can check off paid, volunteer, units, etc.

I think research is different because they specifically ask if it's paid or not, but I did a volunteer dental assisting internship and I put it both under volunteer and dental experience, didn't seem to cause a problem.
