You only need to send a transcript into a school if they specifically ask for it. Otherwise assume you don't need to send them.
Yes, while it's true that AMCAS does send a lot of information contained
on a transcript, it does NOT send "official transcripts". The OP was asking (if I read it right) if official transcripts bearing a seal needed to be sent. In that case, he needs to contact his school's registrar's office and send them to the appropriate school.
