Smoking a couple joints right before a big test will help calm your nerves and allow you to perform better. I hot boxed my civic in the parking lot of the Prometric test center before I went in to write the MCAT. They wouldn't let me bring the bag of Doritos in though when I went to sit down, I was pissed.
