Hello again!

I was just wondering what you guys thought about living on or near campus vs. living off campus.

I wanna live at home, cuz it's home, and it's fun. But I'm scared that with the huge workload of the pharmacy program it will just be wasting too much time. (I live about a 45 min drive/1 1/2 hr bus ride [which I would probably do because I can study on the bus....even if it is kinda gross :wow: ])

Do most of you live at home? Or in a dorm or something?? What do you think??

Thank you!!!! 😛

Ya, I live at home... With my husband and two children! If I were in your shoes, I would look at my financial situation. If I could afford to live near school, that would be my choice since commute time is precious study time. And let's face it, studying on the bus is almost impossible! I lived in the dorm for some of my undergraduate years and it was great. You should definately look into it.

I agree. I will be commuting over an hour, each way. That is 6-8 hours wasted. Not spent studying and not spent with my kids. 🙁

That's true. It is difficult to study on the bus. But it's still better than driving. I drive to school now, and it's about 45 min each way, and the whole time I'm always like, 'what a waste of tiiimme!!' 😴

That's a good point, sleep is important 😴
