I own a condo, which construction is being completed on now. It is brand new and is located about 1 mile from NOVA. It's called University Parc Residencies and is located off of NOVA Drive..
It is a 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Condo over 1300 sq. feet with balcony. I ordered most upgrades, including frig and super sized washer and dryer as well as top quality stove, cabinets, moulding etc... if anyone cares
I am looking for 1 person, who is a non-smoker and has no pets.
